"Too Much Hassle for a Simple Order"
Had an issue with my order and had to call a few times before anyone actually got it sorted. They did fix it eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt way more annoying than it needed to be. Bit of a circus for something that should’ve been simple.

I checked canadiantire.ca before heading out because my gut told me not to just assume it would be there. The site showed the item in stock at my local store, i was half expecting that to be wrong. But nope, it was right on the shelf when I got there. Saved me from wasting a trip, which I really appreciated. The site was easy to use and the inventory seemed up to date. 5 stars for that.

"Good prices when you catch the sales"
I’ve picked up a few things from Canadian Tire recently, the prices were better than I expected. I did a bit of checking around before buying, and most of the stuff was either cheaper or about the same as other places. The sale prices are especially worth watching for. Nothing fancy to say here, I just like saving a few bucks and still getting what I need. I’ll definitely keep checking Canadian Tire first.

"Curbside pickup was decent, but a little slow"
I ordered online for curbside pickup, and checking in was simple. I did notice it seemed like a small rush or maybe a timing pattern issue, because I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before anyone came out. The staff member was friendly once they got to me, so no complaints there. It just felt a bit unorganized, like the handoff process could be smoother. Not a bad experience overall, but I’d probably factor in extra time next time.

"Easy to find what I was looking for"
I used the site the other day, or maybe it was last week, and it was easy to find my way around. The main menu actually made sense, which I appreciated, and the departments were laid out in a way that felt natural, especially the tools and home stuff.

The search worked fine for me too. I used the filters to narrow things down by what was in stock at my store and by price, so I didn’t have to keep clicking around forever. Checkout was quick enough and I didn’t run into any problems

"Easy order, no sneaky fees"
I ordered a few things from Canadian Tire and, the whole thing was way easier than I expected. The shipping cost was totally reasonable, and I’m 100% certain they showed everything clearly before checkout because there were absolutely no random surprise fees popping up at the end. My order showed up on time too, which basically makes this a win. No complaints at all — I’d definitely order online from them again

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered a shop vac and a couple of small bits late Monday night, and somehow it was sitting at my door by Wednesday morning. Like, okay Canadian Tire, where was this energy before? Tracking actually updated properly for once, the box wasn’t smashed to pieces, and I didn’t have to waste time driving across town for it. i was fully expecting some delay or weird shipping drama, but nope. It just showed up. Happy with that.

"Refund came through quicker than I expected"
I had to return something I bought online from Canadian Tire and I was expecting the refund to take ages. But it showed up on my card just a few days after they processed it. "Helpful Advice Without the Upsell"
I went in looking for a new drill and wasn’t sure what I actually needed. The guy in the tools section explained the differences in a way that made sense and didn’t try to talk me into the most expensive one, which I appreciated. For small jobs around the house, there’s no reason to overbuy, and he helped me pick one that does exactly what I need. Really helpful staff and a good experience overall.

I shop on canadiantire.ca often and I’ve always had a good experience. The selection is really solid — I can find car stuff, tools, kitchen items, outdoor gear, and a bunch of other things all in one place. It makes the whole process really easy and saves me from having to check multiple sites. Sometimes I’ll just browse and end up finding products I didn’t even know they carried. The site is simple to search and ordering is straightforward too. Overall, it’s been an easy, hassle-free experience and I’ve got no complaints

"Stopped by Canadian Tire after work and expected…"
Stopped by Canadian Tire after work and expected the checkout line to be a whole thing. There were a few people ahead of me, so I was already bracing myself a bit, but reading between the lines, they clearly had the busy time figured out. Enough cashiers were open, and someone was helping people at self-checkout too. I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes, which is solid for that time of day. No complaints at all, easy 5 stars from me.

I did end up finding what I needed eventually, but the shopping experience wasn’t as smooth as I’ve had on other sites. The filters kept resetting sometimes, which got a bit annoying, and a few items showed up even though they weren’t actually in stock. Not a dealbreaker, but compared to similar stores, it definitely felt a little less polished
